It is obtained by removing sufficient non-protein constituents from skimmed and pasteurized milk, so that the finished dry product contains no less than 89.5% protein.
AMF
Dairy product made from high-quality cream, subjected to a process of complete moisture and non-fat milk solids removal. The product is free of preservatives and chemical additives, has no off-odors, and possesses a flavor and color characteristic of its nature.
MMC
It is a dried and spray-dried milk protein, produced through an ultrafiltration and drying process of skim milk. It has a high protein content due to the filtration process, hence the final product is called Micellar Casein.
MPC 70%, 80% y 85%
Milk protein concentrates (70%, 80% and 85%) obtained from fresh, pasteurized, skimmed cow's milk by membrane filtration/ultrafiltration and spray drying. High protein content, excellent nutritional value and dairy flavor.
Low heat
It is made from fresh, skimmed, pasteurized cow's milk, to which no preservatives, alkalis, neutralizers, or other chemicals have been added. Loneg Products' skimmed milk powder is a spray-dried product.
